According to Malcolm Gladwell and his book Outliers, one has to deliberately practice a skill for at least 10,000 hours in order to achieve mastery in that area. Whether it’s becoming a world-class cyclist or being a professional Video Projectionist, the same rule applies. However, in today’s society, not only is there a desire to fast track one’s level of understanding, but there also seems to be a search for a greater sense of why.
